Business Details
Here, you can enter your business name, address, contact details, or any additional notes. Feel free to format your text using bold, italic, or underline styles. You can also customize fonts and colors as needed.
Business Settings
- Invoice overdue days – Automatically adds the specified number of days to the invoice due date.
- Print invoice after save – Opens the print dialog automatically after saving a new invoice.
- Show postal code before city – Useful for regions where postal codes precede city names.
- Include Additional Note in search – Enables searching invoices by their additional notes.
- Sort invoices by number – Sorts invoice lists by number instead of date in the Sales module.
- Amount in words – Displays totals in written words. Supports English, French, Spanish, Turkish, and Indian lakh/crore formatting.
Currency Settings
- Default currency – Sets the default currency for all invoices.
- Decimal places – Defines how many decimal places to use. Values are rounded accordingly.
- Show currency symbol next to amounts – Adds a currency symbol next to all amounts (e.g., $100).
- Use custom currency settings – Configure custom currencies by specifying ISO code, symbol, decimal/group separators, and placement.
