Sales person
If your invoices are issued by more than one person you can add salesperson and show him on invoice. Salesperson set as default will be default salespersen when creating invoice.
You are not allowed to remove salesperson if he issued invoices and is on documents. Optionally you can set him as inactive which sause that he will be not available to select in dropdown when create invoice.
